We worked for  TU in Sussex County DE for 13 years... the last three or four using their RVS system.

In DE, the full legal is not required for short form mortgages. We NEVER typed a full legal for them and never did cut-n-paste, either. We typed a brief legal, and if they called about it, we informed them of DE's requirements and they let it go

Loved working for them when Tom Kelly in DE was our contact, great guy. It went south when VM moved to Charlotte.
