Thanks for the info, Steve. Are you positive, though, that the other info matching up is all that is needed? I tend to report bad c/s as "possibly intended to release DOT at ......", just to cover my own butt. I report the DOT as open, and send a copy of the bad c/s. I am terrified that if I don't report it as technically open, it could one day come back and bite me in the butt (Nat. City once accidentally released a DOT in Fairfax, but the bk/pg was slightly off, and they said that the DOT still stood open since their release was "bad"). Fortunately, I had reported as open anyway, but that still worries me.
Kathy, Freddie and Kay - they are all wonderful, but I'm sure I've overheard people complaining about the stickers to them - not sure if there is anything they can do about it. Good idea, though, showing Ms. McQuigg what Loudoun has done - it would be a time-saver (and money saver) for everyone up there.
