I received the trial version of this program yesterday and am wondering if others might have experienced what I did.
To start off with, this is the most complex, convoluted installation process I have ever been through- it took almost an hour to get it to a point where I could consider thinking I was "almost finished".
Then it prompted me for a license number, which was provided for the trial version, after that it prompted me for a "key code" which they did not provide, and then a user ID and password, which they did not provide either-  and by the time I got this far into it, I had passes by the closing time for the support help at their company.
I decided to just leave a message and see what I get in reply today.
Then as a regular maintenance procedure, I run Registry Mechanic and defraged my system every night. It came up with a whopping 286 problems, the most I have ever seen, but fixed all of them- then this morning  the system crashed and had to recover from a "serious problem"  which just might be a conflict in some software I recently installed(? I wonder?)
I am waiting to see if the company returns my call or I simply "un-install" it and be done with it- all I wanted to do was to test it out- not too much to ask, but it is an expensive solution to the problem, that's for sure.
Any other better results from anyone? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
