Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong forum... TruClose is in need of a rush search and Philly courthouse is closed tomorrow in observance of Good Friday. The client ordered title at 4:41 PM this afternoon and wants (or has) to close Tuesday. We don't currently inhouse abstract in Philadelphia. Can anyone assist us with getting a current owner completed and returned tomorrow? I applied for online access but it certainly won't be setup by tomorrow! Rather than just call anyone in the yellow pages and risk lack of quality, I'd figure I'd post here.
