Robert, Thank you for the positive feedback. I do a lot of work before the American Arbitration Association, and I am familiar with heir costs, procedures  and expenses. I think it could be accomplished much less expensively. We would need to create of a list of arbitrators willing to serve. The underlying agreement between the abstractor and his/her client would need to be drafted. I agree that there may be difficulty trying to get a written agreement signed by the client, but I think the abstractors need to be more insistent in protecting their rights up front.
