Title Source LTD dba Title Direct, Zen Title, Nez Title, Home Sweet Home Equity LLC & 3E Properties just got toasted in Minnesota.

Accourding to the MInnesota Commerce Department all the companies title insuarnce agencies licenses were revoked.  Over 3000 mortgages were never recorded.  The transactions were from closings across the country including Florida, Montana and Minnesota.

Trent Jonas, Jennifer Kalsow and Charles Bethel are also under investigation.  Also other companies to beware of are All Lines Insurance Agency and Southern National Title Insurance.
