hey steve, you keep saying  a lot went in to security for this on-line system, as a "resident" i  think i will feel more secure not having my info all over the world, i would rather pay nothing and be more secure not having this system , then help fund a system and be less secure and have to worry about who can do what with my info. also in response to an earlier post-our county does not list ss# on fed lien info on their computer system (sometimes by mistake--this was what we were going to have if they did not fail in their effort to go on-line)so when i try to give the agents i do work for "just" that info on the computer, they call me up 50% of the time for more info (such as ss#'s) which we find on the micro-filmed copy of the lien which we can only get by going to the county clerks.
