I am probably going to get a slew of posts stating that I am posting this in the wrong place, but so be it.  This is the place that will get the most views.

When I signed onto tis website this morning, I noticed an ad for Source of Title, "Why Advertise with us?".  I was compelled to voice my opinion.  I want to first say that I was not asked by Robert or anyone else to post this.  This is ALL ME!!!

I have had an enhanced listing subscription & a banner ad on SOT since 2004.  I can honestly say that it is the best thing that I have ever done for my company.  I have gained several very good clients that I attribute to this website.   Every week when Robert sends out our SOT update, I noticed that the "lookups" for AccuSearch Co far exceed the "lookups" for a normal subscription.  Even if I don't gain a valid client from all those "lookups",  I know that people are noticing. 

AccuSearch Co also subcontracts work to other abstractors.  I have found excellent  abstractors from this site in the directory. 

Although I don't jump in on this forum very often, I do try to read the posts everyday.  I think that probably like most who read this site, I find some posts irritating.  But the majority are from abstractors that are trying to pass along their experiences to others in the country.  Even the posts regarding slow pay & no pay, and there are more of those everyday, are from people wanting to help others in the same situation.  The point is that we have this forum to be able to say what we want to say.  There are other forums on other websites, but in my opinion they can't compete with SOT.  

Lastly, I have gotten to know Robert, Slade & Jarrod  professionally & personally in the past 4 years.  I have a great deal of respect and admiration for all of them.  Their knowledge of our industry in my opinion is exceptional.  Their honesty and integrity in an industry that has shown us many that have none,  is admirable.  The friendship to me has been invaluable.

I could go on---but lets just say "I am their biggest fan".  And to answer the question "Why advertise on SOT?"  Because it is the smart thing to do.  You're in good hands.  And it gets results.
