What do you think is the Biggest problem in the Abstracting and Title Industries right now?

Lots of things come to mind: Poor Quality Work; Not Enough Work to Make Ends Meet; Customers Who Do Not/Will Not/ or Cannot Pay; Having to Lay Off Staff or Cut Back their Hours; Customers Who Do Not Understand the Business; The Sub-Prime Black Eye on the Industry; Customers going out of Business.
