What keeps me awake at night??  The fact that people I know (and have known for years) are out there undercutting me to get work.  It used to be someone did the work for XXX company and people knew and respected that.  Now people will stab you in the back to get a new customer and undercut you to the point that you cannot compete.  It is crazy.  How do I know this??  I keep my eyes open.  When I quit getting work from a client for no reason, I start looking around to see who is getting it.  I call the company and ask questions.  That is how I find these things out.  I trust no one anymore.  I understand everyone needs money, but don't smile to my face as you steal my clients.
