Thought we could pick up the discussion on education and certification exams.

I was thinking of divided it into sections.
1 for general information and the second for state specific information.

What i would like to work on is trying to find out what states have standing handbooks that would include that information. like the insurance producers license requires you to learn abstracting.
What about other states?

I know that we cant change the entire industry but we could at least use the same terms within ourselves.
I purchased the handbook of realestate terms and it seems pretty conscise.

Also, what companies call the order also can be streamlined using whats included in the order as a guideline. Developing product codes could help in this area. Its worked wonders keeping everything straight for me.
