They are all just opinions , Scott. I recall the same hysteria when the Husky plan was instituted. It has been alive and well for years. I know couples whose kids grew up on it. They had access to the same treatment and hospitals as everyone else.
Governor Rell is quite astute and cost conscious. I don't think she would advocate the Charter Oak Plan at this time if the funding were that questionable. The only way to see if it works is to implement it. In the mean time many people who have no medical insurance will have access to medical attention. ...for however long it lasts.
