Hi Andrew! Have only talked to Ben so far. Did 2 orders for you all - one in May and one in July. Haven't been paid, but also didn't see the message about the glitch. Wasn't worried about not getting paid, though. Only been 2 months and this is the first we've worked with your company. I will go ahead and resend our invoice - thanks for the notice. We'd love to do more work for you all. Good to see that companies are reading these messages so that everyone gets to hear both sides of everything ... and so that info can be exchanged honestly.
