It is interesting that they do not seem to understand what a state or federal no call list is either. I was doing a closing last September. The borrower and I started to talk about how many of the telemarketers were Indian. Apparently a lot of the customer service work is being outsourced. She said she told the Indian telemarketer that she was on a no call list, and not to call her again. This seemed to infuriate the telemarketer. He responded that he would call her whenever he pleased...and again....and again...and again. (her words exactly). What an approach to sales.
