How's that for a short subject line?

Any way, what do you all think? 

     I can see both points in this and I heard, don't quote me, that the turn around of Freddie and Fannie will take about 18 months and will continually affect the downturn in the real estate market. 

      Also heard that things will pick up sooner because those who need to refi or purchase a home will have a better chance to do that.  Those already in foreclosure will not be helped at all.

     Thoughts?
