I am tired of everyone being ripped off by these companies.

Here is my list that I do not work for any longer.  My experience is that these companies do not pay or only pay when faced with litigation.  In my opinion, it would be wise not to get tied up with these companies.

G-Docs or G-Docs Abstracting - St. Louis, Mo  and Sarasota, Fl.

Lenders First Choice - Simi Valley, CA

MasterFile - St. Louis, Mo

Netco Title - St. Louis, Mo

Residential Title Services, aka Vanguard Title - Lombard, IL.

If you represent one of these companies and would like to remove your name from the list I would eagerly accept payment in full at my listed address.  After adaquate time for check clearing, I would be happy to remove your name from the list and restate my opinion of your company.
