I would like to propose that the owner of TitleStream give away 90% of what he has to help offset what he owes everyone.  He can keep 10% like Metro is proposing to us.  Somehow I do not think that will happen.  Maybe we should do an asset search to see how well he is living while we are losing our shirts.
