Whats up with so Called Hedge Fund Groups who will not let me verify their title company and or closing agent?

I have several deals, and this is a message I sent to a several of these companies that state they currently have over 700MM to fund deals worlwide.

I have an very huge group with verifiable funds and skins in the game at least 50% that will be sending their proposal over. They are asking several questions regarding where their project is going to. I would like to answer their questions as soon as possible. Would you please provide the name of the Title Company and or Closing Agent that XXXXX does business with or yourself and XXXX have closed with. I would like to verify this for the group.
 
It has been brought to their attention that their are several groups out there looking to collect "upfront fees" and then they kill the deal.  The last thing I want is having the client pay an upfront fee only to have the deal killed,  because I will wear the Black eye for that. 
 
And guess what , those same companies who were rattling off about how they can get my deals funded, have not responded to this e-mail, not one and there were over 10 that I sent to.
