This has been a long time coming - kudos to the OAITA for taking up the fight! They have filed a petition in the Ohio Supreme Court to force the Department of Insurance to enforce state laws that, in effect, prohibit AfBA's. This is the first lawsuit of its kind in the country and I guarantee it will draw national attention and lead to some heated debate.
