There is a person (Thief among us) that goes by the name of Jim Nolan he claims to work with WaMu. However, He has targeted a independents here in Indiana requesting document retrievals. I spent $300.00 on this man and have been waiting for payment since April of this year. The sad thing is I just gave him call asking him why he hadn't paid his bill and he hung up on me...So here is the scoop...his phone number is: 1-631-920-0415 his fax number is 1-631-963-3242 and his e-mail is NationalABSNY@aol.com. He has given out numerous diferent bogus addresses as business addresses that are not affiliated with Washington Mutual in any way. I have called their corporate office and branches around the cities that he gave as his business address to my self & other abstractors; that have not been paid either. WaMu has never heard of this person. After he hung up on me...Obviously his answering machine took my message...I left him a voice mail letting him know that he was a fraud and that I would be making this post in the hope that no other fellow abstractor would be affected by his thievery and dishonest business practices....I will be posting information to other Blog / Forums so that he is exposed and no one else suffers during our economic slow time we are all enduring.
I Can't believe he actually answered the phone and hung up...what a bold thief!
