Thsi one is for Robert Franco.  It seems as if many people have had problems getting paid by Examnet/Ecom/OnTitle.  They are based in Ohio.  Do you have any insight as to the best course of action one should take to pursue these companies?  For example, would the state of Ohio be interested in helping?  Are there any agencies that would be interested in investigating their business practices/records.  Or is the only way to handle this being a civil claim?  Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.
