VTA Title Agency (out of Sunbury, OH) failed to pay invoices totaling $1,400 to our company. We are suing, but they are pulling tricks. The atty for VTA and owner Michael Kaiser; mentioned twice that their were numerous other "creditors" that would not be paid. He claimed he was unemployed, yet he is maintaining a mortgage on a $712,000 home; closed by VTA!

The trial is tomorrow, If we get a judgment I will post, as there must be several others owed money.
