As a matter of fact ....   About a month or two ago I was the only abstractor present in the record room in the City of Alexandria when the payphone rang.  I answered and got a request to do a title search from this company I had never heard of (the one you're asking about).  I quickly, while on the phone, looked a bit on the computer and decided to take a chance and go ahead and do it (I've read numerous posts on here about companies who have burned all of their bridges and have resorted to calling the record room directly, so I was pretty wary).  When I realized the search wouldn't take too long and wouldn't cost too much out of pocket, I got their contact info and crossed my fingers.  I honestly expected to write it off as a learning experience, but lo and behold, I got a check last week.  :-)    I've only done the one search for them, but I did get paid.  Hope that helps.
