I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on "Theft of Services"? I was told that if I know that I will most likely never see the money owed to me, that I can file a criminal suit against the company under "Theft of Services". This way anytime they are searched, apply for, credit run, etc. that this would come up. Has anyone ever heard of this before and do you think it would be worth it??
