I have a client requesting a price for 25 year searches.  The request reads " Please provide the best possible price as we are bidding for a large account that would provide us all with volume work". How do we give a fixed low price on a search which could be anything from 1 to who knows how many owners, or anything from an acreage search to commercial, to a subdivision lot?  Maybe a set price for no more than a set amount of owners? Any suggestions? Thanks, John.
