Wow! That would be great! Unfortunately, those fees are proabably about double (or more) than the going rate in this part of the country. Our Current Owner fee is $45 and we are constantly being asked to lower it to $35. We don't, of course, but we are losing business to others who will. We just can't make a profit at $35.
