I was visted by a local termite insepction company this morning.  They are under new management and they just stopped by to introduce themselves.  After they left, I started thinking about it and I haven't seen a termite inspection in a long time.  A few years ago, it seemed that every sale had a termite insepction... but the past couple of years, I haven't seen one. 

I was just curious if anyone else has noticed this.  Are termite inspections still the "norm" where you are?  Is there some reason I'm not seeing them much any more?
