Thanks guys, for your responses!  I do realize it's a state specific question but it is interesting to hear other's opinions.

In the probate proceedings, there were caveats that said G wasn't of sound mind.  In the end though, the will was accepted & there was an assent to approve distribution of estate per will, signed by the execs., one of who was M.    I was told by someone here that in GA, that the will was questionable as how G devised his property.  I have a copy of the will if you'd like to see it.  I can email or fax to you.

I did report all I found and some local info shared by some old timer's there.  (That's another good thing about doing searches at the courthouse)!

Robert, it seems you will be one of those who pass the bar the 1st time.   Since I first joined SOT and when I met you, I knew were a smart guy!  Since you've been going to law school, I've noticed you are even smarter and I know you care about what you do.  Good luck to you.

Thanks again for your replys - I also like to read other people's title questions.  I've found that no matter how long you have been running titles, you can run into something new.  I'd never seen a will like this so I like to see what other abstractors think.  It helps make me smarter!
