It was suggested to me that when we have a serious non-payment issue from a title agency that we can report this to their underwriter. Has anyone done this, and have the address or department that these letters should be addressed to?
It seems that the underwriters are very interested in knowing which of their agents are not running their offices responsibly and also there is a point that we cannot be liable for work we were never paid for... which also is a concern for the underwriter.
