We are working on cleaning up our directory for your benefit.  One of the problems that we have noticed is that many of you have contacted us about listings that are no longer current.  We realize that you have been unable to reach some of the companies in our directory because their contact information is no longer accurate.  Since we don't have any better information that what they provided us in their directory listing, we are asking for your help.

If you wouldn't mind, please print this letter and email, fax, or send it to your abstractors with their monthly checks.  It is a reminder for them to update their directory listing with us.  Because they actually receive checks from you, we know you may have better contact information for some of them and the message will get through. 

Perhaps you will reach some of the abstractors that have failed to update their directory listing that will help other companies who have experienced similar problems.  And, other companies may be able to reach the abstractors that you have had trouble contacting. 

If enough of you will be willing to help send these reminders, we believe that we can get our directory cleaned up for all of you.  And, it may just help your abstractors pick up some additional work that will help them, too.
