What does the well versed population of SOT think about adding a disclaimer that would entail details that Kevin has stated , that the title search we provide is ""ours" until it is paid for-?
It could indicate that the title is "null & Void" since payment has not been received from "Rip-Off Settlement ,NL-NP". ( No Liability-No Pay)
We also know the owners of the property, we could also send them a copy of that letter, gets them involved with the settlement company again that is embezzling our money. We could demand that all copies of the title be returned as they have not paid for it and it is being revoked as to any accuracy(?) or liability as of "X" date.
The liability should be emphasized, as this is something all of the participants in the process want to have in place-the property owners will probably really be concerned with that.
This is just an attempt to get feed back about this kind of process to get our accounts receivable a little better looking.
