I don't search US Courts (ie, Bankruptcies) unless specifically asked by a client when do my title searches. And then, I only order them through Prop Insight. . I usually only check civil & judgments in the county courthouse, then report those findings on my title report. If there's a bankruptcy & you weren't asked to check US Courts, are you liable for missing it?
