As I was finishing my Federal taxes with one of the popular software programs, 

my wife went to print it out and the top of the form read  

                   "1040 U. S  Individual Income (Investment Return)  2008"

Thinking there was an error in the tax program, I called the IRS and the

tax software company and both told me that was now the correct language for

the top of all future forms that we will be uaing to "make our investment" with

the Federal Government.   The explaination went on to further clarify that the

early "2008 year investment booklets" had been printed and sent out before

Obama took office on 1-20-09 and that the later ones, as well as my tax

program (which was modifed after 1-20) would contain such a heading

(per orders of the Treasury Secretary) that in reality reflects Obama's

mission to have us feel we are now "making an investment in the government",

rather than the former incorrect idea that we had to "pay taxes".

Yes,  Obama is making CHANGE happen at warp speed.
