I told them I was going to share my entire experience with fellow abstractors on Source of Title & AbstractorWatchdog and a supervisor (not even the person I emailed!) called me within an hour and resolved everything...... I just received the check today!  I'm going to be using the SOT & AbstractorWatchdog card more often
