Big deal, they are collecting $$ to (possibly) help pay legal expense only.
That is great, only if there is enough $$ there to cover all the legal bill submitted.
It doesn't help in any way pay for a judgment against a person or business.
You want to pay someone to take your money, hold it, and posssibly
give you part of it back if you have legal bills, I guess there might be
enough suckers out there to take the plunge. (Read all the posts of
those who make themselves repeat targets of the non-payers posted
on this site.) Sorry to hear that the high flying bird (Jay) may have hit
some rough weather and crashed. If we could get "big enough to not
be allowed to fail, we could apply for AIG type federal relief $$$.
