Is this a deadbeat company??? Completed one abstract for them on 2/17 for 1/3 of usual price because they assured me turn-around payment and several additional orders they already had in hand. Told me they had not found anyone who would work those counties until locating my company. (Made sense as there are few title companies willing to run the mortgage end for those counties --- all by hand and very poor records -- due to expense and time). So far no orders, no payment, no return of calls. Anyone have any experience with them??
