Cell tower searches are very different, too.  Around here, most of them are located on farm land and the searches are relatively simple.  So, yes, that is the starting price for us.  In other locations, more urban settings, cell towers can be on the top of high-rise buildings and the searches are much more complicated.  A cell tower search doesn't mean anything - I don't care why the client want the search, it depends on the real estate where it is located.  Just like any other search, if it turns out to be more complicated, we estimate the charge based on $40/hr.
