It depends upon where and the type of property. As an example, for most of Ohio we can do a commercial title exam for $750 and have a 7 working day turn. If it is an exceptionally difficult parcel turn times move out. Best bet, get a copy of a previous exam/policy/survey with legal and you can shorten turn times and costs. In other states you have different issues. As an example, North Carolina is an attorney state and it is going to cost you a lot more but those fees can be negotiated if you have good relationships.
