My company has spoken to David Poole, etc. etc. etc. (everyone in bookkeeping) a number of times over the last two years.  We are still owed about $1800 (I do not have the exact figure -- bookkeeper isn't in yet today).  About six weeks ago -- after I posted ANOTHER "deadbeat alert" here -- the OWNER of Ameristar (at least he said he was the owner) contacted both my husband (who processes orders and does collections for the company) AND me while I was in California for a month to say how unprofessional we were to be posting such "gossip" (and that is the exact word he used) on this site.  Errol assured us that any time there was a problem, we should feel free to call and ask to speak to him directly, although he did ask (and I am respecting that request) that I NOT give out his e-mail address to those of you who have yet to be paid.  (hmmm.....)

He asked us to send AGAIN (this is at least the 5th time) the invoices due and payable to us.  We refused explaining that we have already turned his account over to our collections attorneys.

How strange that we have STILL not been paid.  Huh.  Imagine that.

I'm sure he will have David (or someone there) post how I yelled at him and how unprofessional I was.  I won't comment on the unprofessional, but I freely admit I yelled at him.  It was the only way I could get a word in edgewise because he spent 20 minutes (I timed him after being warned by my husband) explaining how he has been in the busines more than 20 years and is always reachable by anyone having a problem blah blah BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH!!  Just PAY ME.

Oh, and by the way, we were told by David (or someone else acting a bookkeeping capacity) that the "check was in the mail" about 6 months ago.  Errol insisted that his people would never do that.  (And then he started telling me AGAIN how long he has been in the business, blah blah blah BLAH BLAH.)
