Hi Patrick - New Columbus was a client of ours and they apparently merged with a company called Patriot Title, LLC - I would contact Patriot if New Columbus owes you any money, but they are absolutely terrible.  They stuck us with thousands of dollars because of a loop hole regarding fall throughs which the judge (yes, we took them to court) ruled that there was not terms in our contract even though we had documentation otherwise.  Not sure how they are still in business, but my advice is to stay away from this company.  We are in MD so if you need any help, please feel free to contact me directly and I will help in any way.
