Brian Cooper  of  Kensington Title owed us a couple grand back in 2006.  We went to court and his lawyer ran us in circles for over a year.  Back then he had over half a dozen company names all run out of the same office.  We ran out of money and time and - hopefully - cost him as much as we felt he owed us ... although I doubt it.
