Wondering if anyone out there can tell me exactly what is involved in doing a search for SVEC and REC.  "Co-ops are seeking bids to provide title examination work and title insurance on these parcels.  Co-ops are also acquiring interest in various Easement areas held by Potomac Edison."  They say they will need copies of "title notes, a copy of the document creating the Easement and any other relevant documents discovered in this "limited search".

Just trying to find out if anyone has much experience in these types of searches.  Need to determine exactly what will be involved, since we're having a hard time determining exactly what type of search they are looking for on all of these parcels.  Also need to know the going fee and average amount of time spent.

Anybody???  :-)
