You may remeber this company and owner Monte R Sturgeon, he:

1. took tens of thousands of dollars from borrowers for notary and abstract services through the closing on the HUD
2. failed to pay thousands of dollars to notaries and abstractors for their work
3. closed title stream in coppell texas and left all the vendors to get nothing
4. went to maverick title in plano texas for a while then left
5. was sued successfully by former employees for not paying them and/or taking their 401K money instead of sending it to Fidelity after he took it from their checks
6. filed bankruptcy in Dallas Texas and absolved himself of all liability

WELL HE IS BACK SO BE CAREFUL BE VERY CAREFUL ... no doubt he will be back to his same MO in no time flat.
