Is anyone experiencing trouble getting paid by US Title Corp out of Knoxville, Tenn.  I have faxed, emailed and left voice mail for Rick Wilkinson a partner with the company, he was to call me once he spoke to his partner about when he could pay me.  Still no money..still no word...now he won't take my calls.  Anyone know how I file suit in Tennessee to get my money....
