Just to let you guys know, if you get a phone call from 314-200-9540 it's from Covenant Research, formerly bi-state or interstate owned by Jay Duncan.  I recieved all call from a gentleman at this number posing as a title company wanting our pricing.  I can only assume this was in some attempt to undercut our rates.  I know Jay use to be a respected contributor on this board, this is not an attempt to slander his name, just to warn others.
