Abstractors Beware!

(out of Ohio)   Genesis Title Agency, f/k/a Buckeye Title Agency, f/k/a Trident Title Agency

Owes us over $1,000 for title searches & mortgage recording performed that is 1 YEAR PAST DUE --- They ignored my calls & emails until finallly an associate told me the company I performed work for shut down, however the "new company" Genesis Title Agency has the same employees as the other companies & the same person in the Accounts payable department who is a family member of the prior owner!!!   (smell fishy to anyone else?)

Have not heard from them in a year & they just asked us to do a "SUPER RUSH!!!" for a search in Seminole County FL

told them I would not unless they paid up

If the company responds I would be more than happy to work out a payment plan & I will not even charge you interest - would just like to get paid for the work completed.
