Showing the Land Contract makies sense in order to clarify matters.  Since it may fall outside of the search paramaters ordered by the client, an annotation that says something to the effect of "this record falls outside the research parameters of this report and is provided as a no-cost courtesy for informational purposes only and without warranty made as to it's legal effect", might be good.  I tend to do so when it might be helpful to the client, but I want to cover my liability in doing so.
