Hopefully those owed funds from this mess will get together and try some

of the ideas suggesed here.  We all need to remember, sometimes we

make a business decision that has consequenses far beyond those that

we envision when we make the deal.  Smells like the buyer tried to gain

some advantage of the old "Buckeye" name without the obligations that

may go with such a purchase.  Good luck to those who may wish to go

after anything they may get out of these people.
