Am I being naive by still doing work for them???  They were great to work for, in the past they paid 2 times a month with a 30 day delay.  In the last part of this year they started paying once a month (still only for 2 weeks worth of work) with an almost 60 day delay and checks were dated 30 days prior to when I actually received them (check recvd on 11-16-09 was dated 10-15-09).  Now I havent received a check since 11-16-09 and have not been paid for work from october forward.  When I call they act surpised that I havent been paid and claim checks are set to go out next week (always next week). Somebody kick me.

Has anyone heard any rumors about them closing or merging or the ever popular going out of business without paying abstractors?
