HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! p-Fax merged with MyFax and 2 of our fax numbers weren't grandfathered in so we switched servicers. p-Fax was great but MyFax upped charges per page.
We moved to OneSuite and we haven't had a single fax without an issue. Incoming faxes drag a line of type down the page so we get one long bar code page. You can email customer service and you get the auto responder saying you'll hear from them in 24 hours. And you do. They asked me to send an example. 24 hours later, they ask me to send it to a different email address (couldn't they forward it internally?). 24 more hours and they send a test page and say they confirmed we got it, problem solved. That was NOT the problem! After a week of this I called (drumroll...) India? from what I could infer from the polite ladies I talked to who couldn't understand me well, nor I them, partially because of the horrendous connection. They resubmitted my complaint to the techies.
Short story long, another week since I emailed them after the phone calls saying I'd discontinue service if I didn't get a prompt fixing of the problem. Today we get another test fax and that's it. Within 2 minutes, we get a message that our outgoing fax to a searcher had an error.
Any suggestions for reliable service at reasonable cost would be welcome.
